Happy Portugal Day everyone. Here’s a couple things that we’ve been chatting about this week.

Identifont

Let me know if this has ever happened to you…

You see a font on a website image that you love. You say to yourself, “Hey, i’d like to use that font in the future.” But, after going font by font in Microsoft Word you still can’t find it. You’re screwed.

Well, look no further than Identifont, a handy tool that lets you pick from font characteristics to match the otherwise impossible to copy font.

Give it a try next time, and hopefully you don’t end up being told that super unique mystery font was actually Helvetica.

Google Guitar

In honor of what would have been Les Paul’s 96th birthday, Google has turned their logo into a working guitar for the next week. You can play it, and record your own tune, on the Google home page. Hopefully people will spend less time strumming the guitar than they did playing Google Pac Man, which resulted in 4.8 million hours in lost productivity.
