Tim Arnold is a Functional Consultant and Client Manager at Beaconfire with nearly eight years experience in account management consulting and Web site design and development. Michael Cervino, Vice President, is a principal consultant and co-founder of Beaconfire. For nearly two decades Michael has helped commercial and nonprofit organizations create effective and results-driven advocacy, fundraising, and marketing communications.
Jeff Herron is a co-founder and Vice President of Beaconfire and the principal consultant who leads the delivery team. Jeff forges strategic partnerships and manages project staffing to ensure top quality and responsive Web design and customer service.
Olga Howard is a Business Consultant with seven years experience in the Web industry. Olga�??s skills include all project documentation and deliverables, team leadership, and Information Architecture and Usability. Olga has produced and project managed application development at several companies including Road Runner, AOL Search, and DirecTV. She has worked with such clients as PBS Pressroom, AOL Latino, Discovery School, Liberate Technologies, and Microsoft TV.
Lynn Labieniec, Beaconfire’s CEO, has been guiding nonprofits in the application of technology to business operations since 1980. During her tenure at Beaconfire, which she co-founded in 2001, Labieniec has developed technology strategies for such organizations as Planned Parenthood Federation of America, American Lung Association, Charles Stewart Mott Foundation, and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
Usha Venkatachallam is a Solutions Architect and Technical Lead at Beaconfire, helping clients objectively evaluate and creatively apply Internet technologies. Her role also includes leading the technical team in configuring, developing, and implementing online solutions and tools for content management, fundraising, advocacy, and email marketing. She has worked with innovative organizations such as NARAL Pro-Choice America, Heifer International, Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Easter Seals, International Longshore and Warehouse Union, Human Rights First (formerly Lawyer�??s Committee for Human Rights), and International Food Information Council.
Amy Weidberg is a Marketing Account Manager for Beaconfire. Amy brings years of experience in integrated marketing through the management of Web site design, development, testing, and external marketing. Her experience touches on interface design, copy writing, visual design, programming, media buying, offline event production and online promotion, Web site, e-newsletter, and kiosk development. Amy has managed projects for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Conservation International, Easter Seals, Heifer International, and Nike.
