WCS.org Website Redesign (Sitecore)

Even though the Wildlife Conservation Society has spent 120 years protecting wildlife and wild places, their site was not much to look at.  Beaconfire’s goal was to use interactively WCS’s rich tapestry of photos, videos, stories, and facts to drive visitors to take action and donate.  The visual assets and action paths are presented with clean and prominent home page navigation and promotional areas that stimulate the visitors to get involved with WCS.  Conditional content is used to tailor promotions in the subpages of the site based on what the visitor is viewing.  Beaconfire’s technical implementation on Sitecore provides for flexible Web templates and makes content entry, management, and reuse a breeze.

Eye-popping, award winning site design? Now that’s worth going wild over.

www.wcs.org won a 2009 Web Marketing Association Web Award and two 2009 W3 Awards.
