Human Rights First

Usability Audit

Human Rights First was building a custom application for staff and pro-bono attorneys to manage case information on asylum-seeking clients. The interface had to be easy-to-use, intuitive and gather lots of data from busy attorneys. They turned to Beaconfire for expert input on a fast timeline to improve the user experience. Using a personas-based approach, we re-tooled the layout, re-ordered input fields to match how users think and re-ordered screen flows to fit how users would expect tasks to flow.

The result -- less time, more data captured, and happier attorneys. How often can you say that in marketing materials?
