Hunger Movement Community
Heifer International approached Beaconfire to develop a new community-oriented Web site. Launched on Drupal, using the latest community and Web 2.0 tools, the site allows users to track their own personal efforts to fight hunger, plus providing ways to learn what others are doing; obtain insight from experts; participate in a blog; learn from experiences of individuals working at the local, national and international level; and share resources such as books, products, and organizations.The Website for Hunger Movement included:
